United Artists of ROSHBARI (UAR) Project Rules

1. Artistic Origin: All artworks accepted by the UAR Project must be original creations by the artists. They should bear the copyright of the artist, and the project organizers fully respect copyright law. We do not consider AI-generated artwork as creations originating from the artist's unique expression.
   

2. ArtNote: Artworks can be either original pieces of art, painted on an ArtNote and signed by the artist, or high-quality photographs of original artworks for the purpose of creating limited editions.

3. Copyright Agreement: The creation of ArtNotes, limited editions, or any other merchandising or promotional items and materials based on the artworks will be conducted only after a formal agreement between the artist and the UAR project organizers. This agreement should be signed by both parties, outlining the terms and conditions of use, distribution, and compensation.

4. Theme - "VITAMIN FOR THE SOUL": All submitted artworks must align with the project theme of "VITAMIN FOR THE SOUL," meaning they should convey positivity and bring high vibes to the owner or viewer.

5. Content Approval: The content of the artwork must be under the supervision and approval of the UAR project curator to ensure it aligns with the project's theme. Artworks should not include any of the following:

   • Religious signs.
   • Nude or explicit sexual content.
   • Political themes or messages.
   • Logos of third parties, including brands or organizations.
   • Words or textual elements.
   • Racial discrimination or offensive content.
   • Gender bias or any form of direct or indirect intention to hurt the feelings of people.
   • Any other form of content that will be considered by the UAR project curator as inappropriate.
   
   

6. Partner Agreement: Partners of the UAR project, including artists and any other collaborators, must sign an agreement indicating their awareness of and adherence to these rules. By signing this agreement, they accept and commit to following the project's guidelines and principles.

These rules are essential for maintaining the artistic integrity and positive theme of the UAR Project, ensuring that all artworks contribute to the intended "VITAMIN FOR THE SOUL" experience. The guidelines also protect the rights of artists and respect copyright laws.
